What shines and what doesn’t
The location is superb, just a stone's throw away from the main train station. The breakfast choices offered a delicious variety to start the day right.
The air conditioning was an issue, as it struggled to cool the room adequately. Additionally, inconsistent housekeeping was a disappointment during the stay.

Ya know, I just gotta say, the location was spot-on, right across from the train station. We had a jolly good breakfast, plenty of yummy options to kickstart the day. My Premium Room was clean, bright, and cozy—a perfect spot after exploring. Just wish the air conditioning worked a bit better, ya know?

Just spent 3 nights in a Comfort Room. Super clean, comfy bed, and delicious breakfast spread! The only downside? The pillows were a bit too soft for my taste. Perfect base for exploring Graz, especially with the train station just across the street.

It's super close to the train station, making it easy for us to explore castles and the beautiful landscape around. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. Definitely worth it for a group getaway!
However, we did find the mattresses too soft for our liking, which made it hard for some of us to get a good night's sleep.

However, the bed in my room vibrated strangely, which was a bit odd and uncomfortable. Luckily, I was able to switch to another bed, but it was still an unexpected distraction.

Just spent 2 nights in a Classic Room with a nice view of Schlossberg. The room was clean and fresh, and surprisingly quiet despite being right by a busy street. Super comfy bed and a kettle for tea in the room—perfect for a cozy morning. The only downside was the air conditioning. it was a bit dated and noisy sometimes.
